The Toros de Cali FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Fliz Hornilla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Toros de Cali FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fliz Hornilla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pedro Perdiz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Quexal Galaz in the 24th minute of play forced Potreritos's goalkeeper Pedro Perdiz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Perdiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fliz Hornilla in the 29th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Justo Cembrana managed to get in a good position for a shot. In the 72nd minute, Ursino Ocouto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 75 minutes, Gaudencio Beltranilla mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Potreritos and the Toros de Cali FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 75th match minute, Potreritos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Beltranilla to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Guaberto Garoña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Perdiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Potreritos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Toros de Cali FC for a fine match.
