After a rather tough play, Danilos F.C's Sugar Gandulla got a free kick in the 5th minute. 9 minutes in the game, Corderro Marañon dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With 17 minutes on the clock, Sugar Gandulla commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 16 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Danilos F.C! Sidro Barzurqueta walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 20 minutes into the match, Danilos F.C's goalkeeper Felix Bausa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rocendo Ecija. Felix Bausa was a little too slow when Corderro Marañon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 1-0. After 33 played minutes Cucunuba got a freekick which was hit by Bertran Maruri. Felix Bausa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivan Macaneață, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 43rd match minute, Cucunuba was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Corderro Marañon to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cucunuba booed when Danilos F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paulino Guinea didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Paulino Guinea to strike the kick off in the second half. Felix Bausa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Phelipe Espindola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
