Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) DAGDA FC's Esteban Rejon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvidor Navarrete in the 5th minute of play forced DAGDA FC's goalkeeper Xavies Baruz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 6th minute, Munio Vizcaino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Denis Sudupe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Salvidor Navarrete in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xavies Baruz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The CA Barrancabermeja fans' excitement grew in the 12th match minute when CA Barrancabermeja's Salvidor Navarrete looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 20 minutes CA Barrancabermeja's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Arotza Valdaliso who took care of the corner kick. In the 22nd minute, Salvidor Navarrete left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CA Barrancabermeja fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Xavies Baruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salvidor Navarrete, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Aristides Leceta made in the 27th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by DAGDA FC's Bernardo Gorbin. Esteban Rejon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. DAGDA FC's Todor Puerta got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half CA Barrancabermeja were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Salvidor Navarrete to make the kick off. The supporters of DAGDA FC booed when CA Barrancabermeja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordeiro Argüero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teyo Melendez kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Todor Puerta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Denis Sudupe having to interfere. In the 62nd minute Francesco Codony shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xavies Baruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Loi Sorondo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute of the match Federico Duyos shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Xavies Baruz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to CA Barrancabermeja getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Teyo Melendez hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, Todor Puerta had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Denis Sudupe. CA Barrancabermeja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Todor Puerta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Todor Puerta struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Denis Sudupe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DAGDA FC. In the 79th minute Todor Puerta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Sudupe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. CA Barrancabermeja's Francesco Codony got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xavies Baruz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Salvidor Navarrete in the 92nd minute. Francesco Codony received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Xavies Baruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Esteban Rejon got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
