Ortle Montaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Savu, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Pastor Quer fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Inter Miami's protests and gave Pastor Quer a yellow card for diving instead. 11 minutes into the game, Gaspar Taladriz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ortle Montaña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Librado Traveso kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Maximo Cedron made in the 16th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Inter Miami's Aires Letran. After 17 minutes, Aires Letran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter Miami and the Angeles FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Inter Miami getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Aires Letran hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes Luca Savu rounded Inter Miami's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Inter Miami's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Gaspar Taladriz scored to the left of an out of position Ortle Montaña, making the score, 3-0. Ortle Montaña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Savu in the 28th minute of the match. A collision led to Angeles FC getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Radamel Macho hit a great ball. Şeref Şahbender showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Quer, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ortle Montaña made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaspar Taladriz in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the match, Gaspar Taladriz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ortle Montaña, 4-0. After some careless play in the Inter Miami defense, Gaspar Taladriz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ortle Montaña. The Inter Miami fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ortle Montaña should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Edelmiro Pagomari made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Gaspar Taladriz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ortle Montaña was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After having played for 55 minutes, Mederi Cedrun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter Miami's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mederi Cedrun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 minutes of play, Angeles FC's Gaspar Taladriz made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ortle Montaña was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angeles FC's Wincenty Ramzinski suffered a concussion in the 61st minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 61 minutes into the game, Bide Guion was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Inter Miami's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Angeles FC the free kick. Angeles FC's Edwin Cardona was substituted for Wincenty Ramzinski. Bide Guion kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Ortle Montaña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Savu in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th match minute, Inter Miami was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saturnino Rada to maneuver through the defense. In the 66th minute Edelmiro Pagomari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ortle Montaña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 minutes of play, Angeles FC's Luca Savu made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ortle Montaña was left in no man's land by his defense there! 75 minutes into the game, Saturnino Rada was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. If Cedro Ganzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Şeref Şahbender made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Quer in the 83rd minute of play. Ortle Montaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Savu in the 87th minute of play. Luca Savu took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ortle Montaña. Ortle Montaña dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 10-0. 94 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Pagomari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Ortle Montaña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Angeles FC fully deserved thier win.
