Pastor Quer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Berart Laso made a huge save. After 10 played minutes Speed west got a freekick which was hit by Iaki Michelena. Ortle Montaña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quirce Merecilla, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Berart Laso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vachon Vadillos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Vachon Vadillos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Inter Miami fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Berart Laso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Librado Torron in the 24th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Inter Miami's Pastor Quer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Berart Laso. That made the score 4-0 after 28 minutes of play. Iaki Michelena kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Pastor Quer had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Berart Laso. Speed west's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pastor Quer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 38thth minute of the game Vachon Vadillos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Speed west's Berart Laso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 39th minute, Vachon Vadillos collided with one of Speed west's players - so bad that he fractured his nose. When Goren Erruz fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Speed west's protests and gave Goren Erruz a yellow card for diving instead. Inter Miami made a substitution. Leon Mendia replaced Vachon Vadillos. Goren Erruz kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Berart Laso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Quer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Leon Mendia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Berart Laso was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leon Mendia in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Berart Laso saved Speed west from getting behind. In the 89th minute, Leon Mendia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Berart Laso was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. The Inter Miami fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Inter Miami's Leon Mendia looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 96 minutes into the game, Inter Miami's Pastor Quer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Berart Laso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 11-0. Inter Miami's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
