Weather Piñeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. 10 minutes into the game, Pastor Quer cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Weather Piñeiro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 13th match minute, DILAN XUA fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agostinho Castañiza to maneuver through the defense. Ortle Montaña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sancho Pillado in the 15th minute of play. If Pastor Quer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter Miami's Ortle Montaña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asier Neyda in the 24th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Asier Neyda made a precise shot to the right of Ortle Montaña. Inter Miami's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Asier Neyda scored 3-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ortle Montaña, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 40 played minutes Inter Miami got a freekick which was hit by Cedro Ganzo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sancho Pillado during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sancho Pillado hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the match, Inter Miami's goal looked a bit too open when Asier Neyda came free, but Ortle Montaña reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, DILAN XUA fc's Sancho Pillado got a free kick in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Asier Neyda was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Inter Miami's Ortle Montaña got control of the ball when Sancho Pillado tried to sneak it across the goal line. 64 minutes into the match, Vachon Vadillos notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of DILAN XUA fc's Weather Piñeiro. Weather Piñeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Asier Neyda in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ortle Montaña prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ortle Montaña made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Sancho Pillado sent off a good shot on target. Ortle Montaña showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asier Neyda in the 69th minute of the match. Inter Miami's Ortle Montaña proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Inter Miami from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute, Asier Neyda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DILAN XUA fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-3. Vachon Vadillos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ortle Montaña took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asier Neyda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ortle Montaña had great luck who in the 88thth minute grab hold of the ball when Cai Ondovilla from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 90th match minute, DILAN XUA fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sagrario Asteguieta to maneuver through the defense. Regis Galnares hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. When Vachon Vadillos came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Inter Miami fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vachon Vadillos couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute Vachon Vadillos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Weather Piñeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sancho Pillado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ortle Montaña firmly grabbed it by the left post. Inter Miami's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
