But to his dismay, Americo Aribau quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xesus Toledo in the 32nd minute of play forced Lomalinda's goalkeeper Osoro Cordoba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Jiří Kudla had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Osoro Cordoba. Lomalinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jiří Kudla was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Xesus Toledo might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Osoro Cordoba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. With a little luck, Lomalinda's Osoro Cordoba got control of the ball when Xesus Toledo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
