Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Eskarlatas FC's Gilmar Moraes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nataniel Trevijano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artaldo Gener went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Satordi Iturbide in the 13th minute of play forced Santa Fe's goalkeeper Nataniel Trevijano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Eskarlatas FC booed when Santa Fe was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ximeno Montoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gonzo Valer made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Montes Arveras sent off a good shot on target. Satordi Iturbide scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nataniel Trevijano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santa Fe's Nataniel Trevijano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Satordi Iturbide in the 21st minute of play. Nataniel Trevijano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artaldo Gener, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. If Jaen Onez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th minute, Satordi Iturbide ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nataniel Trevijano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Mikel Cobos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Montes Arveras came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Santa Fe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Montes Arveras couldn't finish the play. In the 42nd minute Mikel Cobos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzo Valer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzo Valer made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Montes Arveras sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th match minute, Eskarlatas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Loiret to maneuver through the defense. Gonzo Valer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikel Cobos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

The wind increased when Mikel Cobos made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Satordi Iturbide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Nataniel Trevijano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, Erwin Loiret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eskarlatas FC's Gonzo Valer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikel Cobos in the 58th minute of play. If Artaldo Gener had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 minutes of play, Eskarlatas FC's Gilmar Moraes made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nataniel Trevijano was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Santa Fe's Ximeno Montoto got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 78th match minute, Eskarlatas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Satordi Iturbide to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 82 minutes, Nataniel Trevijano successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Nataniel Trevijano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artaldo Gener in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the game, Iyan Tamayo threw the ball into play from the sideline. Eskarlatas FC's Erwin Loiret quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 92nd minute, Eskarlatas FC's Satordi Iturbide ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nataniel Trevijano. Nataniel Trevijano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Gonzo Valer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montes Arveras in the 96th minute of play. When the match was over Eskarlatas FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Santa Fe throughout the match.
