The referee ignored Eskarlatas FC's protests and gave Baiardo Tortoles a yellow card for diving instead. After 11 minutes, Xalbador Fuentes made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Eskarlatas FC's Gonzo Valer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute, Luzaide Pabon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atlético Robledo SC's Bizen Roberto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Robledo SC from getting a goal against them. Bizen Roberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Moraes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Atlético Robledo SC's Bizen Roberto got control of the ball when Jaen Onez tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Atlético Robledo SC booed when Eskarlatas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Satordi Iturbide didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute Xalbador Fuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzo Valer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gonzo Valer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Xalbador Fuentes's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. In the 39th minute Satordi Iturbide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bizen Roberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute of the match Eskarlatas FC got a corner. Atlético Robledo SC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jaen Onez ran over to the corner to take the kick. Vicemte Valiente struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Gonzo Valer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atlético Robledo SC. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xalbador Fuentes to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Eskarlatas FC got a freekick which was hit by Valentim Yebra. Bizen Roberto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Satordi Iturbide in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 72nd minute Xalbador Fuentes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gonzo Valer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 74 minutes in the game, Xalbador Fuentes dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Gonzo Valer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galtero Zuazo in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the game, Xalbador Fuentes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gonzo Valer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Artaldo Gener came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Eskarlatas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artaldo Gener couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Jaen Onez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Eskarlatas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaen Onez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bizen Roberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Eskarlatas FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Atlético Robledo SC to win.
