Macario Bravo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bazil Guim. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Rodrigo Segurola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fire U.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Rodrigo Segurola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dario Iturburu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute, Lluis Galdo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bazil Guim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Bazil Guim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lluis Galdo's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, Wimbledon's Dario Iturburu got control of the ball when Rodrigo Segurola tried to sneak it across the goal line. Odol Calahorra kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Bazil Guim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haritzeder Ferragudo in the 42nd minute of play. When Rodrigo Segurola came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Fire U.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Segurola couldn't finish the play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodrigo Segurola was the one to do the kick off. If Rodrigo Segurola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Lluis Galdo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Iturburu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodrigo Segurola in the 61st minute of play. Fire U.C's Bazil Guim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Fire U.C from getting a goal against them. Lluis Galdo took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bazil Guim. Bazil Guim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 72 minutes into the game, Wimbledon's Lluis Galdo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bazil Guim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Macario Bravo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Bazil Guim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The long shot by Hori Senties in the 78th minute really tested Bazil Guim's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Lluis Galdo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bazil Guim having to interfere. After 85 played minutes Wimbledon got a freekick which was hit by Hori Senties. Rodrigo Segurola struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Dario Iturburu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fire U.C. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lluis Galdo got free with Bazil Guim in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the game, Marino Franques was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wimbledon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fire U.C the free kick. Wimbledon's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
