Atletico Mede's Nastasio Solo got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 11 minutes, Amadeo Alzola mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Mede and the Soya FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nastasio Solo's late challenge caught a Soya FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nastasio Solo helped the player get up and apologised. Nastasio Solo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Argenis Altares might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Chico Pañalosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Argenis Altares ran back to his position shaking his head. Orlondon Arraiz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Chico Pañalosa came out and tried to block the shot, but Orlondon Arraiz slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 27th minute. Argenis Altares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Chico Pañalosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 39 minutes, Argenis Altares managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Mede's supporters crossed their fingers, but Argenis Altares was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The wind increased when Argenis Altares made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Orlondon Arraiz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chico Pañalosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Reynardo Abaurre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ximenez Egaña's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Chico Pañalosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelo Urrejola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lleir Galaz during the 62nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Soya FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lleir Galaz to maneuver through the defense. Soya FC's Chico Pañalosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argenis Altares in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlondon Arraiz in the 75th minute of play forced Soya FC's goalkeeper Chico Pañalosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lleir Galaz struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Reynardo Abaurre didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Soya FC. After a rather tough play, Soya FC's Orixe Othaz got a free kick in the 82nd minute. 87 minutes into the match, Lleir Galaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reynardo Abaurre. Atletico Mede's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lleir Galaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1.
