Spectators: 7715 (Terracing: 5787, Seating: 1774, VIP seats: 154) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ximenes Obieso got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Argenis Altares in the 10th minute of play forced Valcalva's goalkeeper Sesuldo Aostri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atletico Mede's attentive Nastasio Solo managed to snatch the ball when Sanson Armiaga made a throw-in in the 12th minute of the game. In the 13th play minute Orlo Archuleta came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Reynardo Abaurre. 1-0. Argenis Altares took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sesuldo Aostri. Sesuldo Aostri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. When Luzea Yepes came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Atletico Mede fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luzea Yepes couldn't finish the play. Sesuldo Aostri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcelo Urrejola in the 26th minute of the match. Reynardo Abaurre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benja Chumacero in the 30th minute of play. Sesuldo Aostri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argenis Altares, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Formerio Aenlle might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sesuldo Aostri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Formerio Aenlle ran back to his position shaking his head. If Argenis Altares had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benja Chumacero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Reynardo Abaurre made a huge save. Sesuldo Aostri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Argenis Altares in the 48th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argenis Altares stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Luzea Yepes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Urrejola hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Valcalva's Bingen Mendiune quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Todor Centeno, made in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 86th minute Benja Chumacero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynardo Abaurre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the game, Valcalva's Benja Chumacero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reynardo Abaurre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 93 minutes into the match, Atletico Mede's goal looked a bit too open when Benja Chumacero came free, but Reynardo Abaurre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valcalva were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Atletico Mede to leave the ground with a draw.
