André Maléř was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jarle Røberg's late challenge caught a Leones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jarle Røberg helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th match minute, Warriors de Barranquilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarle Røberg to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the game, Felix Arana was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Warriors de Barranquilla's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Leones FC the free kick. A collision led to Warriors de Barranquilla getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Felix Arana hit a great ball. Karol Sierocki took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Maléř. André Maléř dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. André Maléř made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karol Sierocki in the 21st minute of play. Casado Arambula in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of André Maléř, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 24 minutes into the game, Leones FC's Teofilio Lorca nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. André Maléř made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. In the 35th minute of the match, Karol Sierocki tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but André Maléř saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luís Fernando Muriel's late challenge caught a Leones FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fernando Muriel helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes Leones FC got a freekick which was hit by Casado Arambula. In the 43rd minute, Marques Chavez got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. André Maléř made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Casado Arambula sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

André Maléř showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofilio Lorca, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. A collision led to Warriors de Barranquilla getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Jarle Røberg hit a great ball. In the 58th minute Liu Feng Zhen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Maléř saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Warriors de Barranquilla's Rino Gattuso got a free kick in the 59th minute. Teofilio Lorca took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised André Maléř. André Maléř dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. André Maléř stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Casado Arambula's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. André Maléř took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofilio Lorca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Warriors de Barranquilla's André Maléř played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofilio Lorca in the 80th minute of play. Leones FC's Aloisio Munet was substituted for Teofilio Lorca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karol Sierocki in the 88th minute of play forced Warriors de Barranquilla's goalkeeper André Maléř to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Aloisio Munet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Warriors de Barranquilla getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Felix Arana hit a great ball. When Felix Arana was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 92 minutes had been played. Felix Arana kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When Liu Feng Zhen came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Leones FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Liu Feng Zhen couldn't finish the play. Leones FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
