After 11 played minutes Club Atletico Nacional got a freekick which was hit by Sever Rădescu. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Max Stevens managed to get in a good position for a shot. GreenUnited's supporters rose to their feet, but Max Stevens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gora Argandona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 18 minutes into the game, Club Atletico Nacional's Tiago Ozuna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastián Torrico made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Sebastián Torrico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chris Mahler in the 21st minute of the match. With an all-out effort, GreenUnited's Gora Argandona threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Joao Zuazo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gora Argandona had great luck who in the 25thth minute grab hold of the ball when Joao Zuazo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 31st minute of the match Daniel Dănilă sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gora Argandona skillfully saved the ball. When Max Stevens came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the GreenUnited fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Max Stevens couldn't finish the play. After 46 minutes, Ildefonso Orense mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico Nacional and the GreenUnited players grew even worse after the yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yaman Akar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 53rd minute of the game. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. GreenUnited's Max Farr was substituted for Joao Zuazo. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atletico Nacional's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Dănilă was slow to take the kick. During this time GreenUnited's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Daniel Dănilă got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gora Argandona quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Yaman Akar during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, GreenUnited's Yaman Akar got a free kick in the 67th minute. Club Atletico Nacional's Gora Argandona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yaman Akar in the 71st minute of play.
