The supporters of Glorioso Deportivo Cali booed when INTERNAUTAS FDC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xu Sha Chong didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After a defensive mix-up in Glorioso Deportivo Cali's zone, James Rodriguez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hardi Jucknischke came out of the goal and James Rodriguez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 75 minutes into the match, James Rodriguez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hardi Jucknischke. Glorioso Deportivo Cali's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that James Rodriguez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. INTERNAUTAS FDC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Glorioso Deportivo Cali for a fine match.
