Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) Urepe's Ximun Meca started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 10 minutes into the match, Urepe's goal looked a bit too open when Gora Villagomez came free, but Gauargi Deleon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Urepe booed when Chirivital FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiso Cavazos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chirivital FC's Erdiano Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cuarto Congey in the 13th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zernin Alberete during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Zernin Alberete kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. If Ximun Meca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiso Cavazos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tiso Cavazos who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Gauargi Deleon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 43rd minute, Ximun Meca left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Urepe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Erdiano Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ximun Meca in the 48th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gora Villagomez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Tiso Cavazos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gauargi Deleon was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ximun Meca in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erdiano Toledo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 60thth minute of the game Tiso Cavazos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Urepe's Gauargi Deleon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tiso Cavazos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gauargi Deleon having to interfere. Chirivital FC's Zernin Alberete got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 79 minutes, Paulino Tenorio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Urepe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulino Tenorio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Chirivital FC's zone, Cuarto Congey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erdiano Toledo came out of the goal and Cuarto Congey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Urepe's Ximun Meca in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Chirivital FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Chirivital FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ximun Meca fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tiso Cavazos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gauargi Deleon having to interfere. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
