Soin Estarrona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caimito. Modesto Monsagrati kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Sergi Buiza in the 10thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Soin Estarrona, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oxarra Gao might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Llorienzo Frade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Oxarra Gao ran back to his position shaking his head. After 19 played minutes Caimito got a freekick which was hit by Xalvador Gaig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oxarra Gao in the 20th minute of play forced Caimito's goalkeeper Llorienzo Frade to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 21 minutes into the match, Oxarra Gao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Llorienzo Frade. Caimito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oxarra Gao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Senin Padro took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Llorienzo Frade. Llorienzo Frade dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Cubiscus FC's Soin Estarrona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argoitz Iturrate in the 33rd minute of play. When Montrell Albasolo fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cubiscus FC's protests and gave Montrell Albasolo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Caimito booed when Cubiscus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Montrell Albasolo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Caimito's Oihenarte Hubieta tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Senin Padro was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Argoitz Iturrate had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Soin Estarrona. Cubiscus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Argoitz Iturrate was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Senin Padro might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Llorienzo Frade. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Senin Padro ran back to his position shaking his head. If Oxarra Gao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cubiscus FC's Senin Padro got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sergi Buiza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Soin Estarrona showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Argoitz Iturrate, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Sergi Buiza took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Soin Estarrona. Soin Estarrona dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. After a rather tough play, Caimito's Xalvador Gaig got a free kick in the 68th minute. Senin Padro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Llorienzo Frade came out and tried to block the shot, but Senin Padro slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 72nd minute. Sergi Buiza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vito Ubidea kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Caimito's Oihenarte Hubieta broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a rather tough play, Cubiscus FC's Modesto Monsagrati got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 92nd minute of the match Oihenarte Hubieta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Soin Estarrona showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Oxarra Gao received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Llorienzo Frade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Cubiscus FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Cubiscus FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
