Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alex Simon got the match started through his kick off. Cesario Mañon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Simon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Barreto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 13th minute, Desiderio Barreto made a precise shot to the right of Cesario Mañon. Galaxy Szans's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Merecito FC's Garaile Parte got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 19th minute, Arnoldo Sarralde got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 25 played minutes Galaxy Szans got a freekick which was hit by Dane Winter. 28 minutes into the match, Galaxy Szans's goal looked a bit too open when Garaile Parte came free, but Cesario Mañon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Desiderio Barreto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cesario Mañon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Marques Belandia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nalo Garavito having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Galaxy Szans's Mantzio Benedid sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nalo Garavito narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Qwinton Casarin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesario Mañon came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Merecito FC's Txartiko Llanderas. But to his dismay, Txartiko Llanderas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

If Dane Winter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 57 minutes into the match, Merecito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Qwinton Casarin came free, but Nalo Garavito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cesario Mañon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alex Simon in the 59th minute of play. When Cleto Candelera came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Galaxy Szans fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cleto Candelera couldn't finish the play. After having played for 67 minutes, Marques Belandia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galaxy Szans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marques Belandia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Merecito FC's zone, Mantzio Benedid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nalo Garavito came out of the goal and Mantzio Benedid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Galaxy Szans's Mantzio Benedid got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Garaile Parte kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Cleto Candelera managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galaxy Szans's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cleto Candelera was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
