Spectators: 6709 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Xarles Arbulo kicked off to start the match. Amparo's Llope Rujido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theodore Sanjuan in the 11th minute of play. A collision led to Jotomana FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Isadore Besga hit a great ball. Heriberto España fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xabel Costeras having to interfere. After having played for 28 minutes, Romo Boveda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amparo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romo Boveda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Xabel Costeras made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Romo Boveda sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, Jotomana FC's goalkeeper Xabel Costeras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Romo Boveda. In the 33rd minute, Amparo's Heriberto España dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Amparo's zone, Xarles Arbulo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Llope Rujido came out of the goal and Xarles Arbulo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Theodore Sanjuan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Llope Rujido having to interfere. Andres Aramburu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The supporters of Jotomana FC booed when Amparo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zumar Goma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Flor's late challenge caught a Jotomana FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Flor helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romo Boveda in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Xabel Costeras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute Heriberto España shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xabel Costeras saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xabel Costeras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heriberto España, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Heriberto España might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xabel Costeras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Heriberto España ran back to his position shaking his head.
