After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Peruxu Casabo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Atlético Cojedes's supporters rose to their feet, but Peruxu Casabo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hector Bacardi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Atlético Cojedes's Ernesto Cruz got a free kick in the 6th minute. Enrique Manes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Perico Amada, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. When Ruy Ballina came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Atlético Cojedes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruy Ballina couldn't finish the play. In the 12th minute Emil Zarkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Bacardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Bacardi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Peruxu Casabo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Oihan Cotera took the ball and in the 17 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrique Manes. Enrique Manes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Perico Amada's late challenge caught a Atlético Cojedes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Perico Amada helped the player get up and apologised. Hector Bacardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Zarkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Urimbata FC's Perico Amada got his second yellow card of the match in the 28th minute. The referee ordered Perico Amada off the ground. Perico Amada kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Oihan Cotera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Manes having to interfere. 37 minutes into the match, Ruy Ballina had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hector Bacardi. Urimbata FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ruy Ballina was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Emil Zarkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pitin Altuve was the one to do the kick off. A hard shot 54 in the game by Pitin Altuve from a close distance when the talented Enrique Manes managed to make a qualified save. Atlético Cojedes's players were relieved. After 59 played minutes Atlético Cojedes got a freekick which was hit by Luix Morana. Peruxu Casabo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Hector Bacardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Bacardi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emil Zarkov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emil Zarkov in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hector Bacardi saved Urimbata FC from getting behind. Hector Bacardi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luix Morana went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Atlético Cojedes's Emil Zarkov got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emil Zarkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peruxu Casabo in the 75th minute of play forced Urimbata FC's goalkeeper Hector Bacardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emil Zarkov in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hector Bacardi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Enrique Manes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xalbador Estramiana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emil Zarkov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Bacardi having to interfere. If Ruy Ballina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Bacardi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Urimbata FC's goal looked a bit too open when Peruxu Casabo came free, but Hector Bacardi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Atlético Cojedes had played much better football throughout.
