The supporters of Izquiel FC booed when Gartner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Etxeberri Vidales didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Christiano Bruñon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Izquiel FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Christiano Bruñon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jed McCracken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Gartner's Niceto Herquinigo got a free kick in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Niceto Herquinigo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gartner's supporters rose to their feet, but Niceto Herquinigo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bernardino Vaquero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 32 minutes into the game, Chorache Costeras was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gartner's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izquiel FC the free kick. In the 32nd minute, Chorache Costeras hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicanor Arijola didn't quite understand what happened when in the 34 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. The supporters of Izquiel FC booed when Gartner was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chorache Costeras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gartner's Jed McCracken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meder Madama in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Meder Madama in the 42nd minute of play forced Gartner's goalkeeper Jed McCracken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the game, Izquiel FC's Meder Madama nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jed McCracken made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The Gartner players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Izquiel FC were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Meder Madama to make the kick off. Jed McCracken made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Christiano Bruñon sent off a good shot on target. Jed McCracken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Meder Madama, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 64th minute, Gartner's Israel Raimundo seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Israel Raimundo the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. Jed McCracken went to the wrong direction when Napier Mañueco was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Christiano Bruñon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Jed McCracken made a huge save. Jed McCracken was a little too slow when Nicanor Arijola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-2. 81 minutes into the match, Gartner's goalkeeper Jed McCracken had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christiano Bruñon. Jed McCracken showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Meder Madama in the 84th minute of the match. Niceto Herquinigo took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardino Vaquero. Bernardino Vaquero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. If Niceto Herquinigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute, one of Gartner:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Gartner. Napier Mañueco shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Izquiel FC played a much better game than Gartner and deserved their victory. The Gartner players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
