Locaio Soldevila ran back to his position shaking his head. Oton Sustaeta was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 13th minute. Rockeport F.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Crispo Ruy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oton Sustaeta in the 14th minute of the match. Montel Belaunde hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 18th minute by Bemabe Murieta got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bemabe Murieta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Crispo Ruy having to interfere. Crispo Ruy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oton Sustaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mapiricure FC's Crispo Ruy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oton Sustaeta in the 25th minute of play. Crispo Ruy was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bemabe Murieta showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bemabe Murieta in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Crispo Ruy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Locaio Soldevila's late challenge caught a Rockeport F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Locaio Soldevila helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd match minute, Mapiricure FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Locaio Soldevila to maneuver through the defense. Crispo Ruy was out of position in the 35 minute of play, and Bemabe Murieta capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bemabe Murieta really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. The supporters of Rockeport F.C booed when Mapiricure FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pio Peñaranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.
