In the 11th minute, İzzettin Onal made a precise shot to the right of Marco Sopeña. Changai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Changai's Marco Sopeña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by İzzettin Onal in the 17th minute of play. Timeteo Tavera hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. If Teodosio Munne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Noé Hidalgo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 22nd minute İzzettin Onal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Sopeña saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Timeteo Tavera in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 37th match minute, Changai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tonio Mostaza to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Changai defense, Noé Hidalgo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marco Sopeña. The Changai fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marco Sopeña should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσღ booed when Changai was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Zuzuarregui didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Miguel Zuzuarregui fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Changai's protests and gave Miguel Zuzuarregui a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Changai! Enmanuel Alaniz walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Estavan Dulanto got free with Marco Sopeña in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marco Sopeña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enmanuel Alaniz in the 57th minute of play. Teodosio Munne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marco Sopeña having to interfere. In the 64th minute, Herminio Terrilla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσღ fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσღ's İzzettin Onal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσღ's Teodosio Munne got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Noé Hidalgo in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marco Sopeña, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 75th minute, Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσღ's İzzettin Onal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marco Sopeña. Marco Sopeña yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. In the 80th minute, Baiardo Guerrez fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Marco Sopeña, passed just outside the right post. Marco Sopeña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos-Alberto Ríos in the 90th minute of play. Marco Sopeña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İzzettin Onal, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Uηiση Aтℓεтιcσ Mαгαcαιвσღ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
