Buchivacoa's Brais Landaburu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidal Astonzas in the 12th minute of play. Brais Landaburu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tohias Barreras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 17 minutes, Tohias Barreras managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.F.Heineken's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tohias Barreras was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sugar Bustillos in the 20th minute of play forced Buchivacoa's goalkeeper Brais Landaburu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. C.F.Heineken's Helder Gorbin got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute, Ireno Lupidana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Buchivacoa's zone, Tohias Barreras stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Brais Landaburu came out of the goal and Tohias Barreras tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. C.F.Heineken's Ireno Lupidana got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, C.F.Heineken's goal looked a bit too open when Ulizes Gual came free, but Frutos Juarez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Llin Terres's late challenge caught a C.F.Heineken's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Llin Terres helped the player get up and apologised. The C.F.Heineken fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when C.F.Heineken's Vidal Astonzas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In a very dangerous position, a player in Buchivacoa fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Vidal Astonzas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half C.F.Heineken were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vidal Astonzas was the one to do the kick off. If Vidal Astonzas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 52nd minute, Tohias Barreras sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Buchivacoa's Brais Landaburu didn't even have to move. Quilo Afraga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Brais Landaburu having to make a save. In the 56th minute, Quilo Afraga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, Buchivacoa's goal looked a bit too open when Ireno Lupidana came free, but Brais Landaburu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vidal Astonzas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tohias Barreras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Brais Landaburu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Gorbea Lainez fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buchivacoa's protests and gave Gorbea Lainez a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Buchivacoa's Gorbea Lainez got a free kick in the 64th minute. After some careless play in the Buchivacoa defense, Vidal Astonzas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brais Landaburu. The Buchivacoa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brais Landaburu should have stopped the shot. Vidal Astonzas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Brais Landaburu having to interfere. Frutos Juarez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Lavega in the 71st minute of play. Tohias Barreras hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Brais Landaburu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vidal Astonzas in the 76th minute. Irrintzi Villabona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Brais Landaburu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Tohias Barreras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brais Landaburu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vidal Astonzas in the 91st minute. C.F.Heineken's Sugar Bustillos got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Buchivacoa booed when C.F.Heineken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sugar Bustillos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ireno Lupidanas short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Brais Landaburu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. C.F.Heineken's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
