Xzavion Espejo charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xzavion Espejo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Siraba FC's Stanislao Balcells got a free kick in the 17th minute. Cayetano Rios received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gabrio Borrellino came out and tried to block the shot, but Cayetano Rios slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 26th minute. Ahmet Hayri Teren in the 29thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gabrio Borrellino, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Xzavion Espejo got his second yellow card in the match during the 30th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, maracaibo's Xzavion Espejo got a free kick in the 31st minute. Aznaro Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislao Balcells in the 32nd minute of play. When Ahmet Hayri Teren came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the maracaibo fans jumped to their feet. Bonadona Flor hit a great ball. maracaibo's Cayetano Rios got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aznaro Aballe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislao Balcells in the 44th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Ahmet Hayri Teren made the kick off in the second half. Gabrio Borrellino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ahmet Hayri Teren's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Ahmet Hayri Teren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabrio Borrellino having to interfere. Gabrio Borrellino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Rios, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Ahmet Hayri Teren put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gabrio Borrellino. Ahmet Hayri Teren might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gabrio Borrellino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Hayri Teren ran back to his position shaking his head. Gabrio Borrellino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Hayri Teren in the 65th minute of the match. Siraba FC's Gabrio Borrellino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Hayri Teren in the 89th minute of play. Matteo Ribacoba could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Aznaro Aballe made a huge save. Stanislao Balcellss short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Aznaro Aballe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. There was no doubt that maracaibo were the better team. maracaibo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
