The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd match minute, Ventolera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hanot Olloqui to maneuver through the defense. Ademir Da Guía who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Victor Palanca when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Ademir Da Guías short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Victor Palanca to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Ademir Da Guía put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Victor Palanca. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Salomone Honorato managed to get in a good position for a shot. GUERREROS DE CABIMAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Salomone Honorato was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Victor Palanca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 18th match minute, Ventolera FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sanduru Moreda to maneuver through the defense. GUERREROS DE CABIMAS's Marino Galdeano got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ademir Da Guía's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Victor Palanca skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Victor Palanca made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Marino Galdeano sent off a good shot on target. Argi Moste came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Ventolera FC's Kiliz Mayoral. But to his dismay, Kiliz Mayoral quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Victor Palanca was a little too slow when Lucila Cuesta got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 30th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 34th minute, Lucila Cuesta ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Victor Palanca was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Ventolera FC's zone, Guillelmus Garcidueñas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Palanca came out of the goal and Guillelmus Garcidueñas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 41stth minute of the game Ademir Da Guía who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ventolera FC's Victor Palanca was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Ademir Da Guía managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GUERREROS DE CABIMAS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademir Da Guía was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kiliz Mayoral to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind GUERREROS DE CABIMAS's goalkeeper Argi Moste, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 57 minutes into the game, Lucila Cuesta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Victor Palanca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When GUERREROS DE CABIMAS's Ademir Da Guía, in the 60th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for GUERREROS DE CABIMAS. Victor Palanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marino Galdeano in the 62nd minute of the match. Victor Palanca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucila Cuesta, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Ventolera FC's Victor Palanca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademir Da Guía in the 67th minute of play. Lucila Cuesta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Ventolera FC defense, Salomone Honorato kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Victor Palanca. The Ventolera FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Victor Palanca should have stopped the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Ventolera FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ademir Da Guía came free, but Victor Palanca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ventolera FC's goalkeeper Victor Palanca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 89 minutes into the game, GUERREROS DE CABIMAS's Marino Galdeano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Victor Palanca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-1. GUERREROS DE CABIMAS made a substitution. Conrado Colunga replaced Marino Galdeano. Ademir Da Guía received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Victor Palanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. GUERREROS DE CABIMAS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
