After a defensive mix-up in Canoguapa's zone, Flor Viguri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oskitz Telleria came out of the goal and Flor Viguri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Flor Viguri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Gilen Taviel put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Oskitz Telleria. Canoguapa's Oskitz Telleria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flor Viguri in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Flor Viguri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oskitz Telleria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Oliver sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Parare's Chico Cagide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristos Aranzana in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Parare's Flor Viguri fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Flor Viguri in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oskitz Telleria saved Canoguapa from getting behind. 49 minutes into the match, Canoguapa's goal looked a bit too open when Gilen Taviel came free, but Oskitz Telleria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilen Taviel to make the kick off. Canoguapa's Oskitz Telleria proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Canoguapa from getting a goal against them. Parare's Chico Cagide played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Oliver in the 56th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Canoguapa's Alesander Jamilio got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canoguapa's goalkeeper Oskitz Telleria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cristos Aranzana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oskitz Telleria was a little too slow when Servando Porquera got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-4. The supporters of Canoguapa booed when Parare was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilen Taviel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baltasar Oliver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chico Cagide having to interfere. Gilen Taviel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Oskitz Telleria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Parare's Servando Porquera suffered a fractured collar bone after 95 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eneas Estevez during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Canoguapa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eneas Estevez to maneuver through the defense. When the match was over Parare could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Canoguapa throughout the match.
