Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 4thth minute of the game Medero Gorostarzu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Borbon's Gorri Miera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Marco Erce's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gorri Miera was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. In the 7th minute, Marco Erce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jerrald Cuadrillero during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Borbon getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jerrald Cuadrillero hit a great ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Marco Erce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taguapire's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marco Erce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Medero Gorostarzu scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gorri Miera, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 23rd minute, Medero Gorostarzu made a precise shot to the right of Gorri Miera. Borbon's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 34th match minute, Taguapire was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faro Marques to maneuver through the defense. Hernan Rubial received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hernan Rubial to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Romai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Rojelio Morenas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gorri Miera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Medero Gorostarzu went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Marco Erce sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pio Alberete hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. If Hernan Rubial had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Botello Casaviella kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Rojelio Morenas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Rubial, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gorri Miera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Erce, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Medero Gorostarzu got free with Gorri Miera in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rojelio Morenas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hernan Rubial, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 86 minutes into the match, Borbon's goalkeeper Gorri Miera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Medero Gorostarzu. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Taguapire's goalkeeper Rojelio Morenas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gaudencio Romai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hernan Rubial might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rojelio Morenas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hernan Rubial ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Taguapire had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
