Seating: 1709, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eliu Secada got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Martxelin Lejobeitia reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Damian Arizabalo. The goal made the score 1-0. In the 7th minute Monte Gutierrez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frantxizko Morlote saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 12th minute, Paragueno's Indalecio Saavedra dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Zorion Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 17 minutes into the match, Paragueno's goal looked a bit too open when Eliu Secada came free, but Frantxizko Morlote reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Barranquin FC's Eliu Secada in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Paragueno's goalie prevented a goal. Indalecio Saavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Arizabalo having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Indalecio Saavedra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Damian Arizabalo, 3-0. Frantxizko Morlote showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliu Secada in the 36th minute of the match. Monte Gutierrez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frantxizko Morlote having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Indalecio Saavedra made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Barranquin FC got a freekick which was hit by Mino Güemes. After having played for 56 minutes, Indalecio Saavedra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paragueno's supporters crossed their fingers, but Indalecio Saavedra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Barranquin FC defense, Indalecio Saavedra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damian Arizabalo. The Barranquin FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damian Arizabalo should have stopped the shot. Martxelin Lejobeitia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paragueno's Indalecio Saavedra got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Monte Gutierrez was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Barranquin FC's Damian Arizabalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martxelin Lejobeitia in the 87th minute of play. After 89th play minutes Indalecio Saavedra shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Damian Arizabalo and just under the crossbar into goal. Eliu Secada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Frantxizko Morlote tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Paragueno fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barranquin FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
