In the 18th match minute, Cachipal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eguen Pandal to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the game, Galtero Odon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guarabao FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachipal FC the free kick. Dimas Texidor scored 0-2 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roderigo Nero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dimas Texidor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Roderigo Nero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Guarabao FC's zone, Eguen Pandal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roderigo Nero came out of the goal and Eguen Pandal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Joaquim Gijon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elequemedo Graña in the 38th minute of play. Elequemedo Graña recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eguen Pandal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roderigo Nero having to interfere. Dimas Texidor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

In the 54th minute Leheren Sereno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joaquim Gijon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eguen Pandal got free with Roderigo Nero in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leheren Sereno recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leheren Sereno struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Joaquim Gijon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guarabao FC. In the 69thth minute of the game Leheren Sereno who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cachipal FC's Joaquim Gijon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dimas Texidor in the 75th minute of play forced Guarabao FC's goalkeeper Roderigo Nero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elequemedo Graña struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Joaquim Gijon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guarabao FC. Natalio Ascarraga struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Roderigo Nero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cachipal FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
