Spectators: 6699 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when George Arroyo made the kick off which started today's match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rio Tordesillas in the 5th minute of play forced Guacayana's goalkeeper Emiliano Echeverria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Iparragirre Larrimbe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dionísio Paes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Emiliano Echeverria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Guacayana's Emiliano Echeverria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rio Tordesillas in the 10th minute of play. After 13 minutes of play, SaNsOn Fc's Rio Tordesillas made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Emiliano Echeverria was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Dionísio Paes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SaNsOn Fc's Abel Ojeda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save SaNsOn Fc from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 24 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Dionísio Paes sped through Guacayana's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Emiliano Echeverria. Emiliano Echeverria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rio Tordesillas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to SaNsOn Fc getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Iparragirre Larrimbe hit a great ball. Abel Ojeda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from George Arroyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Monte Llantada kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Rio Tordesillas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SaNsOn Fc's Dionísio Paes got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 45 minutes into the game, SaNsOn Fc's Dionísio Paes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Echeverria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Rio Tordesillas made the kick off in the second half. Emiliano Echeverria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rio Tordesillas in the 53rd minute of the match. 54 minutes into the game, SaNsOn Fc's Dionísio Paes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Emiliano Echeverria made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. George Arroyo struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Abel Ojeda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guacayana. In the 71st minute, Dionísio Paes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dionísio Paes was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 74th minute. SaNsOn Fc's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Emiliano Echeverria came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by SaNsOn Fc's Dionísio Paes. But to his dismay, Dionísio Paes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. SaNsOn Fc's Orlin Arostegui was substituted for Horacio Rebolleda. In the 88th minute of the match SaNsOn Fc got a corner. Guacayana's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dionísio Paes ran over to the corner to take the kick. After some careless play in the Guacayana defense, Dionísio Paes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Emiliano Echeverria. The Guacayana fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Emiliano Echeverria should have stopped the shot. When the match was over SaNsOn Fc could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Guacayana throughout the match.
