The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Nafarroa Paratorrecilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Marmol having to interfere. In the 11th minute, Nafarroa Paratorrecilla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Heli Turiela managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nericagua's supporters rose to their feet, but Heli Turiela was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Andoni Peñacastillo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nafarroa Paratorrecilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Marmol having to interfere. Luis Marmol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekaitz Rechani in the 17th minute of play. When the match clock showed 29 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Nafarroa Paratorrecilla sped through Nericagua's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luis Marmol. 36 minutes into the game, Gaztea Madaria was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nericagua's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caiman the free kick. In the 44th minute, Nafarroa Paratorrecilla ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luis Marmol was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ekaitz Rechani was the one to do the kick off. Ysmael Ansola struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Luis Marmol didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caiman. Leo Videgaray kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nericagua's goalkeeper Luis Marmol, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Heli Turiela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Andoni Peñacastillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dunixi Quelia during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Caiman's Andoni Peñacastillo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Caiman from getting a goal against them. Ferman Quejura kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. If Ekaitz Rechani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ekaitz Rechani scored 5-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luis Marmol, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 87 minutes, Heli Turiela managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nericagua's supporters crossed their fingers, but Heli Turiela was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nafarroa Paratorrecilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Luis Marmol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caiman's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
