After having played for 23 minutes, Rai Rabanal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Candelaria FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rai Rabanal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute Rai Rabanal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ponc Padrones saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 86 played minutes F.C Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Larpe Apellaniz. Ismael Gao came free with the goalkeeper in the 87th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Ponc Padrones could save by the left post. When Tadeo Lozares fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored F.C Barcelona's protests and gave Tadeo Lozares a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to F.C Barcelona getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Tadeo Lozares hit a great ball. In the 91st minute of the match Chabier Sedeño sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pirmin Salto skillfully saved the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. F.C Barcelona had played much better football throughout.
