Spectators: 6728 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1728, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Maureo Aguado started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Papo Onterino in the 3rd minute of play forced Guirimita's goalkeeper Cayetano Mateo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 minutes of play, Guirimita's Valerio Periceira made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zuzen Chica was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Guirimita's Maureo Aguado in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cabimitas FC's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Cabimitas FC's Cayetano Mateo threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Argina Casanueva, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cugat Pintado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Cayetano Mateo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zuzen Chica didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valerio Periceira went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 30th minute, Cugat Pintado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cayetano Mateo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Argina Casanueva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cugat Pintado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Mateo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After 40 played minutes Guirimita got a freekick which was hit by Valerio Periceira. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Cugat Pintado got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. When Argina Casanueva came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Cabimitas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Argina Casanueva couldn't finish the play. Cugat Pintado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Mateo having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Argina Casanueva to strike the kick off in the second half. Guirimita's Cayetano Mateo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argina Casanueva in the 52nd minute of play. Zuzen Chica showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maureo Aguado, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Cugat Pintado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Cayetano Mateo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cabimitas FC's Justino Torralba got a free kick in the 65th minute. When Sugoi Morana fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guirimita's protests and gave Sugoi Morana a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Guirimita getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Sugoi Morana hit a great ball. Apolo Irisarri took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cayetano Mateo. Guirimita's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cabimitas FC's Cugat Pintado got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maureo Aguado in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zuzen Chica saved Cabimitas FC from getting behind. The supporters of Guirimita booed when Cabimitas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Papo Onterino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute of the match Franco Guillen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zuzen Chica showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Argina Casanueva had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cayetano Mateo. Guirimita's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Argina Casanueva was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
