Paublo Hera made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Ryan Larrañaga sent off a good shot on target. Baltazar's Mogel Peñuñuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Rexino in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Efraim Fontoya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joseba Valencina hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltasar Hormaza in the 24th minute of play forced Estrellas Roja's goalkeeper Paublo Hera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guillelmo Leonor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 25th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paublo Hera. Estrellas Roja's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Federico Rexino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrellas Roja's supporters rose to their feet, but Federico Rexino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mogel Peñuñuri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes Baltazar got a freekick which was hit by Chago Ayerdi. Many of Estrellas Roja's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Estrellas Roja may have spent more time on the ball, but Baltazar were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
