Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 0) Guilllermo Casabo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Xanti Cidiel came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Curairima FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Xanti Cidiel couldn't finish the play. Curairima FC's Gabrio Buyolo got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Futbol Club Barcelona's Turi Michel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xanti Cidiel in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guilllermo Casabo in the 21st minute of play forced Curairima FC's goalkeeper Timeteo Aviñante to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 22 minutes, Gabrio Buyolo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Curairima FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabrio Buyolo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th match minute, Curairima FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vicemte Mestre to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jokin Udoy in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Jokin Udoy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Xanti Cidiel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Gabrio Buyolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 55th minute, Xanti Cidiel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
