Comodidad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olayo Maoño was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Omar Aguiar came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Real Maturin C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Omar Aguiar couldn't finish the play. Rik Larrinaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriz Muños, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Txilar Barcelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mannuel Ceberiche in the 10th minute of the match. If Eriz Muños had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olayo Maoño received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rik Larrinaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rik Larrinaga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eriz Muños in the 21st minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Eriz Muños managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mannuel Ceberiche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Txilar Barcelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Comodidad's goalkeeper Txilar Barcelo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olayo Maoño in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rik Larrinaga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Zuriko Agosto hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Omar Aguiars short, quick shot in the 36thth minute got Txilar Barcelo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 37th minute of the match, Mannuel Ceberiche tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Txilar Barcelo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 47th minute, Leo Luaces hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

A collision led to Comodidad getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Andrew Oliva hit a great ball. In the 54th minute of the match Dráuzio Moreno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Txilar Barcelo skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Maturin C.F.'s Dráuzio Moreno got a free kick in the 60th minute. Txilar Barcelo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mannuel Ceberiche in the 66th minute of the match. Olayo Maoño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Txilar Barcelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Aguiar in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Eriz Muños recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rik Larrinaga. Eriz Muños showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. Olayo Maoño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Real Maturin C.F.'s zone, Eriz Muños stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rik Larrinaga came out of the goal and Eriz Muños tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eriz Muños recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Eriz Muños's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rik Larrinaga was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. The Comodidad players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
