The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Justino Ramin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feo Fasgar, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. The Caicarita FC fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when Caicarita FC's Lauren Lujo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Serapio Gavela to make the kick off. The supporters of Caicarita FC booed when Empedrado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Iratxo Servicial didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute of the match, Lauren Lujo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Justino Ramin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 63rd minute, Feo Fasgar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serapio Gavela in the 73rd minute of play forced Caicarita FC's goalkeeper Carolo Cimas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
