Macurito's Kiliz Badia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geofredo Graci in the 9th minute of play. Geofredo Graci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 12 minutes into the match, Florin Monesterio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rioja Bulnes, 1-0. If Samuel Dacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kiliz Badia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Dacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Kiliz Badia came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Petroleros de Cabimas FC's Geofredo Graci. But to his dismay, Geofredo Graci quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Geofredo Graci succeeded in the game's 25th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-2. 28 minutes into the match, Macurito's goal looked a bit too open when Geofredo Graci came free, but Kiliz Badia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geofredo Graci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 31 minutes into the match, Samuel Dacio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kiliz Badia. Macurito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Samuel Dacio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After having played for 37 minutes, Geofredo Graci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petroleros de Cabimas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geofredo Graci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geofredo Graci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Kiliz Badia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asier Loriga in the 40th minute of play forced Macurito's goalkeeper Kiliz Badia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Geofredo Graci cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Kiliz Badia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Geofredo Graci to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Kiliz Badia successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After having played for 61 minutes, Asier Loriga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petroleros de Cabimas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Asier Loriga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Geofredo Graci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geofredo Graci struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Kiliz Badia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Petroleros de Cabimas FC. A collision led to Macurito getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cambranes Sanz hit a great ball. Geofredo Graci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiliz Badia having to interfere. In the 69th minute, Asier Loriga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Macurito's Kiliz Badia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Macurito from getting a goal against them. In the 73rd minute, Samuel Dacio made a precise shot to the right of Kiliz Badia. Macurito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Geofredo Graci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kiliz Badia having to interfere. Geofredo Graci received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Kiliz Badia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 88th minute by Samuel Dacio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Geofredo Graci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Petroleros de Cabimas FC's Geofredo Graci slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Kiliz Badia. That made the score 1-7 after 96 minutes of play. Petroleros de Cabimas FC played a much better game than Macurito and deserved their victory. The Macurito players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
