Tacariguita's Bertin Ibaute played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emenon Pachistre in the 7th minute of play. After some careless play in the Tacariguita defense, Emenon Pachistre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bertin Ibaute. The Tacariguita fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bertin Ibaute should have stopped the shot. 11 minutes into the match, Choro's Emenon Pachistre sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bertin Ibaute narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Emenon Pachistre kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Chesus Mañueco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerold Buedo in the 22nd minute of play forced Tacariguita's goalkeeper Bertin Ibaute to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Chesus Mañueco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabirel Merodo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute Jerold Buedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertin Ibaute saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 32 minutes of play, Choro's Emenon Pachistre made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bertin Ibaute was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerold Buedo in the 37th minute of play forced Tacariguita's goalkeeper Bertin Ibaute to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertin Ibaute took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emenon Pachistre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerold Buedo in the 44th minute of play forced Tacariguita's goalkeeper Bertin Ibaute to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Filipe Hornos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Emenon Pachistre made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chesus Mañueco in the 53rd minute of play forced Choro's goalkeeper Gabirel Merodo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Emenon Pachistre's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bertin Ibaute was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. 63 minutes into the match, Tacariguita's goal looked a bit too open when Emenon Pachistre came free, but Bertin Ibaute reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Tacariguita's zone, Jerold Buedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bertin Ibaute came out of the goal and Jerold Buedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emenon Pachistre might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bertin Ibaute. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emenon Pachistre ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute, Emenon Pachistre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emenon Pachistre received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bertin Ibaute came out and tried to block the shot, but Emenon Pachistre slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 93rd minute. Choro's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
