Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fidel Rotalo's late challenge caught a Pericos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fidel Rotalo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Guaricoto was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fidel Rotalo to maneuver through the defense. Berto Sigler struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Daniel Urquizu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pericos FC. Guaricoto's Daniel Urquizu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Illan in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Senderos in the 14th minute of play forced Pericos FC's goalkeeper Cristo Cañon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Urquizu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Illan in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Guaricoto's Fidel Rotalo got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The supporters of Guaricoto booed when Pericos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Koldobika Rozano didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 29 minutes, Mariano Illan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pericos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Illan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anxo Borrellino succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 40th playminute. If Anxo Borrellino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roberto Senderos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anxo Borrellino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cristo Cañon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th play minute Eyague Aleja came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Daniel Urquizu. 1-1. When Hustaz Isazi fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pericos FC's protests and gave Hustaz Isazi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Guaricoto booed when Pericos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hustaz Isazi didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Roberto Senderos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anxo Borrellino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Cañon having to interfere. After 72 minutes of play, Guaricoto's Anxo Borrellino made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristo Cañon was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 78 minutes, Anxo Borrellino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaricoto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anxo Borrellino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Anxo Borrellino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anxo Borrellino in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Cañon saved Pericos FC from getting behind. Anxo Borrellino struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Cristo Cañon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaricoto. Cristo Cañon came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaricoto's Anxo Borrellino. But to his dismay, Anxo Borrellino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. There was no doubt that Guaricoto were the better team. Guaricoto's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
