Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Maore Eradi kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Medero Barrosa during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th match minute, Maica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Medero Barrosa to maneuver through the defense. In the 8th minute, Paolo Verdeces got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14thth minute of the game Roberto Castañondo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Platanales FC's Benigno Arandajo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Roberto Castañondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mauro Heneriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Arandajo having to interfere. Joseba Raimundo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Rainerio Cajigal made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Paolo Verdeces sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Mauro Heneriz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maica's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Heneriz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Arandajo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 31st minute, Paolo Verdeces got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute, Medero Barrosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Maica's Meder Sauto got a free kick in the 39th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Verdeces got free with Rainerio Cajigal in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Platanales FC's Benigno Arandajo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Heneriz in the 44th minute of play. Mauro Heneriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Arandajo having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Maore Eradi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maore Eradi in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rainerio Cajigal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 minutes, Maore Eradi made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Maica's Rainerio Cajigal tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauro Heneriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Arandajo having to interfere. Paolo Verdeces received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Rainerio Cajigal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Paolo Verdeces came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Platanales FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Verdeces couldn't finish the play. Platanales FC's Maore Eradi got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Platanales FC's Teodoro Gostioz got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Roberto Castañondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Platanales FC's goalkeeper Benigno Arandajo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Platanales FC's goalkeeper Benigno Arandajo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto Castañondo. 96 minutes into the match, Platanales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mauro Heneriz came free, but Benigno Arandajo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Maica's Mauro Heneriz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benigno Arandajo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
