Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) Sombrereta's Lucio Trigueros started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Joseph Sarro's late challenge caught a Sombrereta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joseph Sarro helped the player get up and apologised. Salvatore Armental acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 10th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Bernardo Boher. Joseph Sarro struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Ignazio Gabi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Caris FC. With a little luck, Caris FC's Salvatore Armental got control of the ball when Felix Oñiderra tried to sneak it across the goal line. Felix Oñiderra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Salvatore Armental made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Caris FC's Joseph Sarro got a free kick in the 19th minute. Lucio Trigueros kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Lucio Trigueros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Salvatore Armental was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Salvatore Armental made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Trigueros in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Caris FC's zone, Lucio Trigueros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvatore Armental came out of the goal and Lucio Trigueros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucio Trigueros in the 33rd minute of play forced Caris FC's goalkeeper Salvatore Armental to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Felix Oñiderra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Salvatore Armental skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 45th minute of the match, Lucio Trigueros tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Salvatore Armental saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zuzen Carana stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ignazio Gabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zuzen Carana in the 53rd minute of play. Lucio Trigueros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervaso Besora in the 58th minute of play forced Caris FC's goalkeeper Salvatore Armental to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caris FC's zone, Lucio Trigueros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvatore Armental came out of the goal and Lucio Trigueros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 63rd minute, Joseph Sarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Oñiderra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vinicio Orbe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignazio Gabi having to interfere. Caris FC's Vinicio Orbe got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Paulino Masferrer fell near the penalty area in the 84th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sombrereta's protests and gave Paulino Masferrer a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, Sombrereta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Masferrer to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Caris FC booed when Sombrereta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frechoso Vados didn't get a good kick on the ball. Salvatore Armental showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Oñiderra, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Zuzen Carana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ignazio Gabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Caris FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
