Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Urki Delatorre made the kick off which started today's match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kaxen Monterros during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 5 minutes into the game, Dabi Valdespino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curaguaro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birongo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Curaguaro's Dabi Valdespino got a free kick in the 5th minute. 6 minutes into the match, Birongo's Estebe Moya broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Urki Delatorre struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Muc Noceda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Birongo. Gilberto Begal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Otsoa Santos's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd match minute, Curaguaro was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teofilo Villalobos to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Urki Delatorre took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Muc Noceda to make any attempt to save it. In the 30th minute of the match, Urki Delatorre tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Muc Noceda saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Quico Claramonte got free with Muc Noceda in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 40 minutes into the game, Oskitz Angelo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curaguaro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Birongo the free kick. In the 39th minute, one of Curaguaro:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Curaguaro. Muc Noceda went to the wrong direction when Estebe Moya was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. A collision led to Curaguaro getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Teofilo Villalobos hit a great ball. Quico Claramonte who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 46thth minute tested the skills of Muc Noceda when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Otsoa Santos stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Dabi Valdespino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gilberto Begal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Birongo's Gilberto Begal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Birongo from getting a goal against them. Jesco Señor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Begal having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Birongo got a freekick which was hit by Kaxen Monterros. Jesco Señor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Otsoa Santos in the 61st minute of play forced Birongo's goalkeeper Gilberto Begal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Curaguaro's Muc Noceda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quico Claramonte in the 67th minute of play. In the 69th minute Otsoa Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Begal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jesco Señor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Begal having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jesco Señor got free with Gilberto Begal in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Otsoa Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Begal having to interfere. Otsoa Santos might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Begal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Otsoa Santos ran back to his position shaking his head. After 76 minutes of play, Birongo's Quico Claramonte made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Muc Noceda was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a defensive mix-up in Birongo's zone, Jesco Señor stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Begal came out of the goal and Jesco Señor tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jesco Señor could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Gilberto Begal made a huge save. Muc Noceda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urki Delatorre in the 85th minute of the match. Gilberto Begal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dabi Valdespino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kaxen Monterros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Muc Noceda having to interfere. Muc Noceda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quico Claramonte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Begal made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Jesco Señor sent off a good shot on target. Birongo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
