Salvator Panero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lizer Rabe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umbruso Ripalta in the 10th minute of the match. If Salvator Panero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salvator Panero kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Umbruso Ripalta in the 21st minute of play forced Pediego's goalkeeper Lizer Rabe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valentim Udias hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Lizer Rabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Umbruso Ripalta in the 29th minute of play. Lizer Rabe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Umbruso Ripalta in the 32nd minute of the match. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pediego's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Lizer Rabe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernaldo Cuevas in the 52nd minute. Icaparu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pediego the free kick. Timoteo Panguision kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Sansone Espinoza charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sansone Espinoza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 85 played minutes Icaparu got a freekick which was hit by Sansone Espinoza. Rico Curcio might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Teofilo Aller. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rico Curcio ran back to his position shaking his head. Salvator Panero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Umbruso Ripalta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Lizer Rabe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Icaparu's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
