Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bernardo Lordaliego kicked off to start the match. Jobo Candanedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txeru Illescas in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Guayape's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Lordaliego came free, but Fortunato Martua reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Guayape's goalkeeper Fortunato Martua had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gagriel Arizabaleta. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Lordaliego in the 13th minute of play forced Guayape's goalkeeper Fortunato Martua to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 16th minute, Txeru Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 21 played minutes Pescularde got a freekick which was hit by Etxatxu Estenaga. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Txeru Illescas put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jobo Candanedo. After some careless play in the Pescularde defense, Txeru Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jobo Candanedo. The Pescularde fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jobo Candanedo should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Txeru Illescas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Geronimo Capelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Jobo Candanedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute Txeru Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jobo Candanedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Pescularde's zone, Txeru Illescas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jobo Candanedo came out of the goal and Txeru Illescas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Txeru Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jobo Candanedo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Txeru Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. After 46 played minutes Guayape got a freekick which was hit by Xerardo Mardones. The Pescularde players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guayape were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Geronimo Capelo to strike the kick off in the second half. Jobo Candanedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Capelo, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Txeru Illescas in the 55thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jobo Candanedo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jobo Candanedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Capelo in the 57th minute of play. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Xerardo Mardones advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 58th minute. Txeru Illescass short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Jobo Candanedo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Geronimo Capelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jobo Candanedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jobo Candanedo didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Guayape's Geronimo Capelo shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-4 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 70th minute, Gagriel Arizabaleta hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jobo Candanedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geronimo Capelo in the 72nd minute of the match. The corner led Guayape's Txeru Illescas to fire away a dangerous shot which Jobo Candanedo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Geronimo Capelo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 91st minute. Guayape's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Jobo Candanedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Capelo in the 95th minute of play.
