After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Tigres de irack's zone, Edur Villarroel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Norberto Galguera came out of the goal and Edur Villarroel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Sindo Casaponsa fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zazarita FC's protests and gave Sindo Casaponsa a yellow card for diving instead. Sindo Casaponsa hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Mincho Urquiola hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Feliberto Llave recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Edur Villarroel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kauldi Almansa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nicasio Gorbalan struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Denis Vaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Tigres de irack. 28 minutes into the match, Deportivo Tigres de irack's goalkeeper Norberto Galguera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edur Villarroel. In the 29thth minute of the game Kauldi Almansa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deportivo Tigres de irack's Norberto Galguera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kauldi Almansa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Galguera having to interfere. If Kauldi Almansa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Tigres de irack's Mane Casoliva got a free kick in the 41st minute. Zazarita FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nereo Barja in the 43rd minute. If Edur Villarroel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Feliberto Llave to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Deportivo Tigres de irack was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Gorbalan to maneuver through the defense. Kauldi Almansa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Norberto Galguera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Napier Rascuro during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Norberto Galguera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kauldi Almansa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the game, Feliberto Llave cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Denis Vaya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 73 played minutes Zazarita FC got a freekick which was hit by Napier Rascuro. Norberto Galguera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edur Villarroel in the 79th minute of play. Feliberto Llave was extremely unlucky when he, in the 84th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Edur Villarroel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Galguera having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Elija Viso got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Edur Villarroel struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. The Zazarita FC manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Deportivo Tigres de irack to win.
