Macias Eguizabal who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Reinaldo Oviedo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 12 minutes of play, Villa Hermosa C.F's Petri Cota made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reinaldo Oviedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Tadzio Belluga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 28th minute, Macias Eguizabal made a precise shot to the right of Reinaldo Oviedo. Pilancon FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 31 played minutes Pilancon FC got a freekick which was hit by Gomesano Haces. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dantel Vilamajo in the 38th minute of play forced Villa Hermosa C.F's goalkeeper Ixidor Llibre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ixidor Llibre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dantel Vilamajo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 44 minutes, Venceslao Viergol managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villa Hermosa C.F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Venceslao Viergol was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dantel Vilamajo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ixidor Llibre didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tadzio Belluga went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Venceslao Viergol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Reinaldo Oviedo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hipolito Para's late challenge caught a Villa Hermosa C.F's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hipolito Para helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, one of Pilancon FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pilancon FC. 70 minutes into the game, Villa Hermosa C.F's Venceslao Viergol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reinaldo Oviedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Ixidor Llibre made a fantastic save in the 74th minute, when Tadzio Belluga sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Hermosa C.F's zone, Dantel Vilamajo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ixidor Llibre came out of the goal and Dantel Vilamajo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 77th minute, Petri Cota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, Pilancon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustaquio Macia to maneuver through the defense. After 83 played minutes Pilancon FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadzio Belluga. In the 84thth minute of the game Macias Eguizabal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pilancon FC's Reinaldo Oviedo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pilancon FC's Reinaldo Oviedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Macias Eguizabal in the 87th minute of play. If Macias Eguizabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 97 played minutes, Villa Hermosa C.F's Hilario Centeno shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Reinaldo Oviedo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Villa Hermosa C.F reached it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Villa Hermosa C.F had won after a very even match.
