Gaufred Ergueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Terme having to interfere. In the 24th minute Iban Mino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Terme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Terme came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Ariamito's Basajaun Ganzo. But to his dismay, Basajaun Ganzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Lon Barrueta made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Bergaño in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermelando Corniero during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Plantanales FC were furious when Grabiel Logares was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Sadurni Abin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plantanales FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sadurni Abin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lon Barrueta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Enzo Horbea stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Basajaun Ganzo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Mariano Terme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, Ariamito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermelando Corniero to maneuver through the defense. Gaufred Ergueta was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 71st minute. Ariamito's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 75th minute Sadurni Abin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lon Barrueta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaufred Ergueta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Mariano Terme made a huge save. 78 minutes into the match, Plantanales FC's goal looked a bit too open when Basajaun Ganzo came free, but Mariano Terme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Gaufred Ergueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Terme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ariamito had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
