When Harriet Madinabeitia came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Trujillanitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Harriet Madinabeitia couldn't finish the play. Galo Criado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Mariano Terme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mariano Terme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galo Criado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 65 minutes into the game, when Grabiel Logares put in a rough tackle. In the 64th minute, one of Plantanales FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Plantanales FC. Mariano Terme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Galo Criado in the 70th minute of play. Gregory Almandoz kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. After 72 minutes, Gaur Ledesma mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trujillanitos and the Plantanales FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Plantanales FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
